Overview

Medara Inc. uses SMS messaging solely for account security and authentication purposes.

Users may provide a mobile phone number during account registration, login, or when enabling multi-factor authentication. Medara sends a one-time verification code to confirm identity and secure account access.

SMS messages are transactional and non-promotional.

Consent to Receive SMS Authentication Messages

By entering your mobile phone number and submitting it within the Medara platform, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code from Medara Inc. for authentication purposes.

Consent to receive authentication messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Type and Frequency

  • Message Type: One-time passcode (OTP) verification codes
  • Frequency: Sent only when triggered by user login, account creation, or security actions
  • Recurring Messages: No recurring promotional messages are sent under this program

Opt-Out

Users may remove their phone number or disable SMS authentication at any time within their account settings.

If you receive an SMS in error, you may reply STOP to opt out.

Data Use

Mobile phone numbers collected for authentication are used exclusively for account security unless the user separately opts in to receive other communications.
